I’ve been anxious for eggnog to hit the shelves so I could share this with y’all! Seems to easy and good to be true….but I’d never lie to you guys…it’s divine!

Ingredients

  • Egg Nog
  • Maple Syrup
  • Recipe

No amounts are listed as it’s to your preference. Add cubed, day-old croissants to a baking dish: square, oval, 13"x9", muffin pan…whatever size you’d like. Pour egg nog to half of the depth of the croissants. Press croissants down into the egg nog, cover, and refrigerate overnight. Preheat the oven to 375ºF. Uncover and bake 45 minutes to 1 hour, depends on the size of pan and volume of croissants/egg nog. When it’s finished, the top should be toasted well and a knife inserted should come out clean. Serve dusted with powdered sugar, sprinkled with cinnamon, and/or your favorite syrup.
