French Onion Pork Chops

I don’t know about you, but I’m all about these 5 ingredient, affordable, easy, yummy entrees! This one comes in at $1.50 per pork chop!

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless thick-cut ribeye pork chops (can sub another cut or chicken)
  • 1 package Lipton’s French Onion Soup Mix
  • 1/2 -2/3 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1-2 eggs
  • butter spray
  • Recipe

    Preheat air fryer or oven to 400°F. In a shallow bowl, blend the breadcrumbs and soup mix. Crack and beat the eggs in another bowl. Dip each pork chop in the egg then breadcrumb mixture, then place on a wire rack or rack on a baking sheet. Bake 10 minutes, flip, bake 5-10 minutes more or until internal temperature reaches 145-150°F.
