Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper. Dry the fish filets well with a paper towel and lay on the parchment paper. Brush a thin layer of mayonnaise on the filet. In a small bowl, mix together flour and seasoning. Sprinkle the seasoning evenly on each filet on the top and sides. Spritz with olive oil. Bake 10-15 minutes and broil 1-2 minutes or until toasted on top and an internal temperature of 145°F is reached. Serve with lemon wedges.
