Chipotle Pepper Chicken

Talk about super simple! This chicken is rich in flavor and easy to whip up! Perfect for new cooks or the busy parent wanting to get a yummy meal on the table after a long day!

Ingredients

  • 2-2 1/2 lb cubed boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts
  • 1.13oz packet McCormick Grill Mates Chipotle Pepper Marinade
  • 2 1/2 tbsp olive oil, divided
  • Recipe

    In a medium bowl, combine chicken, marinade and 2 tbsp olive oil. Mix until all of the chicken pieces are coated well, and marinate 30 minutes to 2 hours. Heat a skillet on medium-high heat. To the pan, add remaining olive oil and spread chicken evenly. Sear and cook on both sides until cooked through with an internal temperature of 165°F. Serve with your favorite sides.
