Chili Cheese Dip

Ready for a party appetizer game changer, well here you go! This one is quick to make and will quickly be gone!

Ingredients

  • 8oz regular or 1/3 less-fat cream cheese, room temperature
  • 15oz can chili (I used Hormel Turkey no beans)
  • 1 jalapeño diced
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, pepper Jack)
  • 2 green onion, thinly sliced
    Fritos Scoops

    Preheat the oven to 350°F. In a pie pan or medium baking dish, spread ingredients in an even layer in this order: cream cheese, chili, jalapeño, and shredded cheese. Bake uncovered for 20 minutes. Garnish with sliced green onions and serve with scoops for dipping.
