Asian Chicken Salad

This amazing salad is full of flavor and crunch!


  • 1 lb chicken breasts, boneless, skinless
  • 4 cups spring mix
  • 10 oz HEB Power Slaw
  • 1 orange, peeled and segmented
  • 1 cup grapes, halved
  • 1/2 cup HEB Japanese Miso Dressing
  • 1 cup wonton strips
  • Adam’s Reserve Orange Chicken Seasoning (optional)

    Season chicken breasts on both sides with salt, pepper, and orange chicken seasoning (if desired). In a medium pan on medium-high heat, sear chicken breasts in olive oil for 5 minutes per side or until juices run clear and cooked through. Remove chicken from the pan, cool, and thinly slice. In a large bowl, toss together spring mix, slaw, and dressing. Top with orange segments, grapes, sliced chicken, and wonton strips. Note: If HEB isn’t a store you have locally, some item substitutions are: Dressing: Annie’s Asian Sesame, WU Ginger Dressing, Kewpie Deep Creamy Roasted Sesame, Makoto Ginger Dressing. Power Slaw: broccoli slaw or Taylor Farms Broccoli Crunch Chopped Salad Orange Chicken Seasoning: Sunbird Mandarin Orange
