3 Ingredient Savory Rice

For the last few weeks, it seems like every other TikTok is a remake of Emily Mariko’s Salmon & Rice Bowl. To be honest, it TOTALLY lived up to it’s hype. It’s basically a deconstructed sushi roll, and it’s basically delicious!

Ingredients

  • 10.75oz regular or low-sodium cream-based soup (chicken, mushroom, celery, cheese)
  • 14.5oz chicken broth
  • 1 cup long-grain or basmati rice
  • Recipe

    Whisk together soup, broth and rice in a medium sauce pan. Bring to a boil, then lower the heat to simmer and cover. Cook 12 minutes or until the rice is tender. Fluff with a fork.

    Approximate Nutrition Information for 1 cup (serves 4): 208 calories, 1.5g fat, 43g carbs, 5g protein
