Love this recipe. Had forgotten all about lemon! It’s better than chocolate. Well…okay maybe not, but this recipe is the best!

Janet I used lemon Oreo’s and it was delicious for the crust. I just put them in whole.

In reply to Janet. 1 1/2 sticks salted butter, 1/2 cup granulated sugar, 3/4 tsp vanilla extract, large pinch of salt, 1 1/2 cup + 3 TBSP all-purpose flour. Bake at 350 30-34 minutes.
