I have made this a couple times for guests. . It is delicious! I left off the horseradish but used that as a sidecwith the au ju. Perfect for 6-8 people. Good for a bruch, too!

A couple thing that could’ve caused this: 1) The bread wasn’t pressed thin enough at the base – this causes it to be doughy. 2) Ingredient brands that contain more water that leach into the dough. I hope next time it’s perfect 🙂

In reply to Sue n. I made a smaller version for my husband & I, using just 1 pkg of crescent rolls & adjusting the portion of ingredients. The flavor was good, but the center of the ring was a little doughy. It was like the the liquid from meat or melted cheese kept dough from cooking.

Made this for Sunday football game. Everyone loved it. I used everything bagel spice for the top. I may try using horseradish cheese next time!

I’m sorry to leave a negative review but this was just terrible. I did use good quality beef l
