					<description><![CDATA[This looks so yummy and easy. I always slice my apples and put them in a bowl of cold water with some salt.  Then place on a paper towel or in a colander and let air dry a bit.  This will keep your apples from turning brown and that little touch of salt would really complement the sweetness of the dip]]></description>
