Chicken Salad
Chicken salad is delicious for lunch, an appetizer for entertaining, a picnic, poolside…anytime! If you’ve never been to a Chicken Salad Chick restaurant, put that on your to-do list if there’s one in your area. They make so many variations that are super delicious that they keep you wanting to come back for more! Meanwhile, if you’re wanting to make a batch at home, this recipe is my go-to!

Ingredients
- 2-2 ½ lb boneless, skinless cooked chicken breasts shredded
- 1 cup diced celery
- ½ cup diced red onion
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 2-3 tablespoon honey dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 cups quartered grapes
Instructions
- Combine cooled chicken, celery, red onion, pecans, Dijon mustard, sugar, and cinnamon, blend well with a hand mixer until ingredients are incorporated.
- Fold in grapes and taste chicken salad for balance of flavors.
