My mother has been making the Jiffy mix recipe of this for years. I always thought there was too much cornbread, but I still liked it. Then I found your recipe and the holes part intrigued me. It was the best tamale pie I had ever had. Now my son and I won’t fix any other kind. lol

It’s so good, that I asked him what he wanted me to make for Easter dinner and your tamale pie was his suggestion.
