					<description><![CDATA[I give these a 9.5/10, and deduct .5 a point bc next time I think they would be over the top if I added a cream cheese icing drizzle to make it more of a strawberries and cream muffin taste. These were AMAZINGGGGGGG. When I made these, I started with the wet ingredients and mixed really well in a big bowl, then I added the dry on top in the same bowl and mixed very gently with a spatula. Then I went ahead and did put all of the muffins in the oven at once and only filled 3/4ths high in each tin. I got about 18 muffins. My cooking time was less bc of this. and OMGGGGG, they are so light, fluffy, and the top is crunchy. wow. Thank you!!!]]></description>
